| Bio: | I was born in Quito Ecuador. I grew up in Australia and Canada. And I now reside in Chicago.
But enough about me. Although I use the word "I" quite frequently, I don't like to talk about myself and much prefer to listen to others tell their stories. In fact if you ask me about myself I will turn the conversation to you and you will hardly notice. One of my goals in life journal is to be a little less self effacing and to share more about myself. For most of my life I thought that my story was a nonstory. Everyone else had an interesting history and that I was just meant to be the recorder of deeds. Well much to my surprise my story is large, interesting, full of twists and turns and bound up with some of the bigger historical events of the modern world. For too long I have been a spectator in my own life. |
